SHIPPING:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Items ship in 1-2 business days and usually arrive to destination in 2-5 business days. Sorry we can only ship to the domestic Continental US only. For Hawaii and Alaska orders we only ship USPS Priority Mail. When using checkout, select UPS Ground and we will calculate and email the exact shipping charge to you.

RETURNS:

Return requests must be filed within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in its original, unopened condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions.

Please complete the Return Authorization Form and enclose it with the returned product. We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Herlocher Foods reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.
